Can I make changes to my order?
You can make changes to your order before payment or just cancel this order to make a new one. But you had better not change it after you make payment for your order because it may delay your order preparation.
How do I check my order status?

My order status is still” preparing”, when will it be shipped?

Are there any additional fees involved in international shipping?
In some cases, there will be VAT or other taxes, customs duties or fees levied by your
destination country. Additional charges for taxes or customs clearance must be paid by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount of it.
Customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your
local custom laws. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Why was I asked for a "CPF" number? (Brazilian customers)
Our customers in Brazil have informed us that for international shipments, all individuals are supposed to state their “CPF”number on invoices and companies are required to include a “CNPJ” number.Therefore, if you want us to ship your order to Brazil, please make sure to provide the
correct "CPF" or "CNPJ" number so your package can smoothly clear Customs.
How can I track my package?
Once an order has shipped out, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email that includes your tracking number. Please track it in your member account: First: Login your member center and click” my order“Second: Find the order which you want to trace and you will see the tracking no.and shipping company. Last: Use the tracking no. to trace on the website of shipping company.
Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses?
Sorry, at this time our shipping partners are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses so you will need to provide astreet address. If you provide a PO Box or APO/FPO military address, it will delay shipment of your items.
My order has not arrived yet, what should I do?
If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, we're here to help. Before getting in contact with us, pls try to check:
1. Tracking number.
2. Checking if you have an attempted delivery card from one of our carriers. Your parcel may be awaiting collection at a local Post Office or delivery depot, or you may need to arrange redelivery.
3. The driver may have left your parcel somewhere safe such as your porch if it showed the parcel already delivered on website. You also can check with your neighbors to see if they have accepted the parcel for you.
If you still can't find your parcel, please email us to support@ZSHOW.net and quote your order number. We'll reply within six hours and do our best to locate your parcel straightaway. If it can't be found,we'll arrange a refund for you.
What will the shipping company do if they cannot contact with the receiver when the parcel arrive?
Most of shipping company will deliver the parcel for three times if they the consignee cannot be contacted. They will return the parcel to the sender or leave the parcel at the warehouse which can not bere delivery after the last time delivery. So please make sure you write down the correct shipping address when you make an order on ZSHOW and keep your phone on.
